This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on scalewin.ai and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@scalewin.ai. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle;
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid period; and
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. As ScaleWin is a digital service made available immediately, fees for a billing cycle that has already begun are generally non-refundable.
However, we want you to be treated fairly. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A technical billing error on our side; or
- A documented inability to access the Service that we were unable to resolve.
To request a refund, contact support@scalewin.ai within 7 days of the charge with your account details and reason.
3. Advertising spend
Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) and is not collected or refundable by ScaleWin. Refunds here apply only to your ScaleWin subscription fee.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment partner Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
